The Broan Wall or Ceiling Mount Side Discharge Utility Fan eliminates humidity, smoke or cooking fumes in rooms from 180 to 350 square feet. The fans can be mounted on the wall or ceiling and are available with 270 CFM/8 sones or 160 CFM/5 sones. The powerful motor is permanently lubricated and features a rugged steel housing and a built-in backdraft damper. The white polymeric grill can be painted to match any bathroom décor. An optional, washable permanent filter, variable speed control and single function control switches are also available separately.
