The Palisade® Damp Location Motor Fan by Fanimation creates the luxurious appearance of a Key West hotel bar. Great for fresh air circulation and extra comfort in your home, this Palisade® fan is energy efficient and features two forward and two reverse speeds to accommodate different needs. The T-shaped assembly features two motors on either side for vertical blade rotation. A reverse switch changes the direction of the fan’s revolution, creating an updraft that evenly distributes warm air throughout the room during the colder seasons. This fan motor is rated for damp environments and offers a limited lifetime motor warranty. The Oil-Rubbed Bronze motors and a choice of blades offer attractive finish options to match the décor of any room. This fan requires a minimum ceiling height of 11’ and a minimum floor clearance of 7’. An extension rod with a length of at least 24” is required, and optional decorative accessories such as filigrees and decorative animals are available (each item sold separately).
