This recessed bathroom exhaust fan and light from Progress Lighting has a simple design, but offers your bathroom plenty of air circulation. It has an airflow rate of 70 CFM to efficiently circulate the air and eliminate excess moisture that can potentially cause damage to your home. This unit is also equipped with a 75 Watt medium base lamp that provides ample illumination while you shower, shave, and prepare for the day. The120 volt motor runs at a sound level rating of 3.5 Sones, which makes the fan virtually unnoticeable while in use. The fan housing is made from 26 gauge galvanized steel and includes an open white baffle trim. This fan only requires a 6 inch opening in your ceiling or wall to be installed. Other features include a 4 inch duct adapter and a removable wiring cover. This fan is the perfect addition to any bathroom in need of an efficient ventilation system.

| | Just installed last week. Really like so far. Very quiet fan. One negative ----no easy access to wire unit. Have to take apart to wire. May be a problem in the future.
