 | Great product, very quite by: Andrew Angell from: Stow, OH on: October 11, 2011 |
| | Our bath was really steamy during showers. Now it is clear as can be. The fan pulls everything out and is so quiet. We forget it is on sometimes. The install wasn't too bad. In my attic I had little space to work but managed. We didn't have a previous fan so I had to run wiring to it. Once I got all the rough-in complete the connection was smooth and it worked on the first flip of the swich. This will be such a benefit to us.

 | Alright, some concerns though.... by: Chris Utzat from: Andover, MA on: July 10, 2009 |
| | The system is quiet, however there were a few concerns...some that may apply to all, and some that might have just been my situation:
1. When the fan arrived, out of the box, there was a loose washer in the fan-housing. Took some tinkering to get it to slide out. I do not think the washer was vital (may have been dropped in during assembly), since all nuts/screws appeared tight with respective washers. HOWEVER, when I turn the fan on, there is sometimes a rattling as if something is kicking around the 'blades'.
2. You have the option of wiring the system in the housing unit or outside. If inside, it is VERY tight to get all the wires and connections enclosed in the small corner-contained area. If outside the unit, all the connections and wires are exposed as if the fan had been eviscerated. Perhaps an attached outside wiring box area would help?
