The Broan Nutone Roof Mount Powered Attic ventilators units remove super-heated attic air, making any home more comfortable. Trapped attic air can easily reach 150° or more. Excessive attic heat can cause continuous air conditioning use because of heat penetration into living areas. Removing attic heat reduces running time of air conditioners which result in energy savings. Unit includes a wiring box with a built-in adjustable thermostat. Easy to install.
