1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
The Broan Roof Mount Powered Attic ventilators units remove super-heated attic air, making any home more comfortable. Trapped attic air can easily reach 150° or more. Excessive attic heat can cause continuous air conditioning use because of heat penetration into living areas. Removing attic heat reduces running time of air conditioners which result in energy savings. Unit includes a wiring box with a built-in adjustable thermostat. Easy to install.

 | Quality excellent, but noisy by: Jim Ireland from: Chester, MD on: August 7, 2010 |
| | I replaced another manufacturer's fan for which the motor had failed, and at the same time increased the airflow. I was impressed by the difference in quality of the Broan fan. The thermostat was integrally mounted and the bug screen was an expanded metal mesh rather than woven wire. This made it much more rigid and I hope will last much longer. My main problem is the noise. This fan make the house HUM! I am going to contact Broan about how to reduce the noise, even if I have to sacrifice airflow.
