With an air flow of 50-175 C.F.M., the Portable 2500 can purify the air of a room as large as 50 square feet, making it ideal for a bedroom, living room or office. One of its three available colors is sure to be a perfect match for the décor of your room. The air is cleaned using a three-stage filtration process. First, the outer prefilter removes dust and odors from the air before the HEPA filter removes dust, pollen, bacteria, dander, viruses, cigarette smoke, radon daughters and more. The addition of a V.O.C. filter makes the unit even more effective, as it removes hazardous volatile organic compounds from the air (compounds that may emerge from things made with chemicals such as cleaners, paints, carpets and furniture). Most of the filters in the unit will last at least half a year or more before needing replacement and the 2500’s 24-gauge cold rolled steel construction and durable metal screen will keep things rock solid. Tested to run for 50,000 continuous hours, the Portable 2500 is ready for the long haul to keep you breathing safely. This model can be purchased with a V.O.C. filter canister included.
