The IQAir® HealthPro® Plus air purifier is the most efficient and effective of all the IQAir® products. It is designed to be used by those who regularly suffer from allergies, asthma, COPD, and other respiratory ailments. The HealthPro® Plus air purifier features a three stage filtration process to eliminate virtually every harmful airborne allergen or pollutant in your home without creating ozone, charged particles or any other by-products. The advanced air purification system efficiently removes 99.97% of dust mites and particles, mold, bacteria, smoke, pet dander, odors and chemicals as small as 0.003 microns. This purifier is an allergy sufferers dream and is the air purifier of choice in hospitals and medical offices. The IQAir PreMax™ pre-filter first captures larger coarse particles of dust and pollen. As the first stage in the IQAir® filtration process, this filter keeps the rest of the air filters in correct working order and extends their filter life. The PreMax™ pre-filter has an average filter life of 6-18 months. After removing the large particles from the air, the fan then sends the air through the V5-Cell™ to remove any lingering bad odors, gases, and chemical fumes. This filter uses a significant amount of activated carbon and active alumina pellets to remove fumes left over from cleaners and detergents. The V-5 Cell™ has an average filter life of 10 to 21 months and is included with the IQAir® HealthPro® Plus. Lastly; air is moved through the IQAir® HyperHEPA® filter which removes over 99% of bacteria, viruses, and combustion particles using an advanced nano-fiber structure. The HyperHEPA® has an average filter life of 17-35 months. The IQAir® HealthPro® Plus grants you the ability to breathe free from the risk of catching common airborne illnesses and allergy attacks. The air purifier features a programmable timer, filter life and status indicators, a remote control, and casters for easy mobility.
